How to enable/disable pool members in Citrix Netscaler load balancer

There will be multiple scenarios when you need to troubleshoot the application issues involving the Citrix netscaler and enabling & disabling pool members is one of the step in the process.

But there is the catch

If you go to service groups – Open service group bindings and right click, you don’t have a option to enable/disable pool member as below

What should we do now?

You need to go back to Service Groups – right click on Service Group & choose manage as below

Voila !!

You can now right click on Service group member and you have option to enable/disable pool member

Its a tricky one & a tricky place, once you remember it – It’s a Go !!
